Five days before your stay, you will receive an email with a link to pay a refundable security deposit of £251.50 (which includes a £1.50 admin fee). Once paid, we will send your allocation email, which grants you access to the site. The £250 deposit will be refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage.
Your lodge is supplied with key items, including several bin liners, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets. Keys for the patio doors and windows will be made available upon arrival.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet; please use the provided sanitary bags and dispose of them in the general waste. Do not touch the gas meters or change any settings on the boiler. To adjust the heating, please use the thermostat provided on the wall.
For security, please ensure all doors are locked and all windows are closed whenever you leave the holiday lodge.
Please take care when walking on the grassed areas, as they may be uneven.
Yes, swimming and all water activities are permitted at your own risk. We strongly advise against allowing pets to swim in the lake, but this is ultimately at your own risk if you choose to allow it.
Yes, you must read and adhere to the Hot Tub rules sheet and guidelines. Hot tubs are designed for a maximum of six people at a time. Please be aware that staff will check the chemical levels daily (this typically only takes a few seconds).
Children must always be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult when anywhere on the site grounds.
To ensure the comfort of all guests and residents, we politely ask that you keep noise down after 10:00 PM—this includes no loud music or parties. Please note that use of the Hot Tub is also not permitted after 10:00 PM.
Pets are only permitted in designated lodges and require advance notice and a pet charge. When outside the lodge, pets must always be kept on a lead. Inside the lodge, pets are not allowed upstairs, on the furniture, or to be left alone. Please dispose of all dog waste safely and appropriately.
You are welcome to use your own BBQ, as we do not currently have any available for hire. When in use, BBQs must be placed only on the grassed area next to your lodge, raised up off the grass to prevent damage. Please dispose of the ashes safely and take your BBQ away with you upon departure.
Smoking is strictly NOT permitted inside the holiday lodge. You may smoke outside, but please use the provided ashtrays and do not stub out cigarettes on the decking. Please ask a staff member if you require an ashtray.
You have a maximum of two allocated parking spaces at your lodge. Please only use these spaces. Any additional vehicles should be parked in the overspill car park (located near the refuse area). Do not park on the grass verge or roadside.
Yes, for the safety of all guests and wildlife, there is a 5 mph speed limit across our grounds.
Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk. Pure Leisure Group / Twin Lakes Country Club does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Before leaving, please ensure the following: all lights are off, windows and doors are locked, the front door key is back in the key box, and patio keys are placed in the top kitchen drawer. Please also load and turn on the dishwasher or wash all pots before departure.
Rubbish should be taken to our designated refuse area, which is located at the overspill car park.
Staff are on site daily from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. If you have a query or need to report a non-emergency fault, please speak to a member of staff or call 07586 620 632 during these hours.
Property found on the premises will be kept for one month before disposal. To reclaim an item, you will need to provide a detailed description, proof of identity, and the date the item was left. The owner is responsible for the cost and risk of the item being returned.

- Immediately after, ring the site emergency call-out number: 07586 620 632. Your lodge is equipped with a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket (located on the wall at the end of the kitchen area). Once the alarm is raised, vacate your lodge and assemble at one of the signed assembly points on the site map, where a member of staff will meet you.
